sorry I"m not the AIM maniac I used to be.... unfortunately, my college days ended last summer and now I'm in the working force.

Thus no more IM for me.... I dare not open that can of worms.

But feel free to email me at hoosteen(at)excite.com

(Beware the spambots)

btw. I might be busy this week as my grandfather passed away and it's been crazy setting up the funeral, viewing, catering, will, trust, and relatives....

So email me or post here... I'm sure a lot of others here are just as "handy"

If I can't get a hold of you or vice versa...

here is another link to the installInstall

Plus, here are some guesses at what you might ask

1) Stupid male wires from HID kit do not fit with the OEM female plug.

-Fix- chop off both heads.... strip about half an inch off both... crimp together... solder(optional)... the wrap with electrical tape.

2) Stupid bulb won't fit, dust cap doesn't fit anymore..

-Fix- you must drill a hole in your dust cap.... (not true with the kit bought from heronew) Be sure to seal hole tightly- the autotape that is black and stretchy and binds to itself is a good choice for this.... reminds me of the tape used for tennis rackets... if that makes sense.

3) Where do you ground the kit?

anywhere you want except for your battery.... but if your ground wire is short, just ground it to the existing wire within the headlight.... it's the wire connected to that tab...

4) Which one is positive and which is negative?

-answer- I'm not sure I remember.... but the 2 colors that are the same, go together. the others I believe its white and brown, go together.

5) Why are you answers to vague and make no sense?

-answer- because it's midnight... I'm tired.... I have work tomorrow...
