I had the same experience with a single bulb, and I was extremely careful when installing the bulb. Thing is, because the bulb seat is so damn small you almost always touch or scratch it in some way while putting it in. I have 2 in there now that have both been going strong for about 2 months... I am putting in HID sometime soon so they will be going soon.

I've had 'em a few months now with no probs, they're pretty damn good bulbs IMO.

Bulbs hate voltage spikes. Always turn the lights off and on when the car is started

Another EXCELLENT piece of advice that I forgot. I used to like to turn my lights on just as the car was starting, because they would come on and "glow" brighter as the voltage increased. This, however, almost certainly diminished their lives.

I seem to have to replace mine like clockwork every month or so, depending on the amount of driving I do. Last time they went, both of them went at the EXACT same time...weird.

Hahaha! That's gotta suck!

Sound's like you need to get different brand of bulbs, and take the above advice of always turning your headlights on and off when the car is on.
