Thumbs up

Hello,

I just got a 2003 6s (and love it!!). I have one question:

When I turn on the beams, only the inside and outside lights illuminate (I know that the yellow lights are the turn signals). Anyhow, I was flipping through the manual and noticed that the 3rd set of bulbs (counting in from the outside) are integrated foglights. In the manual, it says that there is a fog light switch on the light control lever (page 5-39). However, my car doesn't have this fog light switch and I can't figure out how to turn on the fog lights. Can someone please help? Thanks!

It should be on the left stalk, not really a switch, but a knob you have to kinda turn to get em to come on. it took me a few min's to figure it out when i got mine also, as im sure alot of others

I just went outside to double check and there is no knob there. It is just the switch for the beams!

EDIT
Ok so I looked through some pictures and this is what my light stalk looks like:

Where is the fog light switch? Thanks for your help

You don't have the fogs. They come with the sport package, and since you have a 2003 without E/L guages, you don't have the sport package.

Some serious front end mods...

Erm...that clears that up then. So do the lights I described (the 3rd in from the outside) serve no purpose w/o the sport package?

Well if you don't have the sports package, i think the integrated fogs were an option, yours may not have it. There might be lenses there, but since you have no switch, i doubt theres bulbs behind em.

Yeap, on the base models the lens is there, but there's no bulb.

You do have the option of buying fog inserts that go in your lower bumper, though. An option that sport package owners don't have and most wish they do.

yup, forgot to mention that, thanks sigma

you can get the lower fogs, and the appearence package (if you dont have it already) and it would look really sweet!

I think i'll try the lower fogs and the sport grille and be done. I like the sleeker look of the non-appearance, but I hate my black and chrome grille.
