Well do you have pics of the light housing for us to see? Find another car that has standard lights and compare them.;) Do these lights warm up and change colors?

if all you paid for two headlight consoles and HID lights was $200, then the bulbs they gave you were probably just xenon gas filled halogin bulbs...

an HID kit(oem or aftermarket) consists of rebased DS2 Xenon Bulbs and ballasts/ignitors...the current going price for a kit alone is $400-$500 and you did not mention ballasts, so again, I believe they are what I mentioned above...

do a search and some browsing...there is a wealth of info here on this subject

If you bought the whole genuine factory HID headlight housing, you should be able to see an electric connector on the bottom of the housing plugged into a silver box attached on the underside. That is how you can tell.

To make sure you have HID bulbs, yu should also be able to look at the bulb and see if there is a long metal wire running along the outside of the bulb. But, it sounds like you do have the HID housings.

I'm surprise Dave didn't say this but...please put your location into your profile.

According to the specs you've posted, yeah those are OEM HID bulbs.
