Thanks for the pics and instructions. New clear lens tail lights look cool. Very informative for 6 owners that have not changed out their tail lights or changed out the rare bulbs. Can you tell us where and how much for the tail lights?

I bought them in November from Absolut. A member here bought my old taillights from me and needed instructions on installation and I figured I would post them here for all to see. I actually just took the lights off and put them back on.

I paid $150 I think, but they were used. You can get them for a bit over $200 from Mazdastuff or ebay.

If you wanted to change the rear turn signal from amber to clear, what part # bulb would you use? I tried the 7440s but they wouldn't go in, they were too fat.

Use aluminum colored high temp. paint....done in a couple of minutes and is very cheap.
