Electonic issues

So today, i went to lunch with my friends, after lunch, i tried to start car, didn't start. called up roadside assistence. they came, jumped car my, ok .....

i thot it was just that simple, so i drove my car to get new battery. on the freeway, my guages flickered, ABS light came on, TCS light came on (along with TCS OFF LIGHT), AT light came on, all my electronics started to fail, including my brakes, tcs, transmission.

Car started to jolt (might have been engine, brakes or transmission that caused it, not sure)

it was a pretty scary situation...... i managed to park safely on the sholder of the 605 freeway, called up mazda roadside assistence again, came towed me to the nearest wal-mart to get battery, after a while, i got my battery, ok.. i thought everything was going to be ok.

started car, battery light was on..... but i attempted to go home (40min away, about 7pm at the time)

on the way back (on freeway 5, raining VERY hard) ABS, TCS and TCS OFF light came on again............................... but i managed to make it home safely

shut off engine, and couldn't start engine again

my guess is my alternator blew out? i can be completely wrong, cuz i dunno much about cars.

can anyone tell me wut might be wrong with my car?

keep in mind that i just got my car last friday (1/30/04), 03 model, and i currently have about 350 miles on it.

yes I would get it towed in, sounds like more than just a bad atlernator or battery. Altho it could be something as simple as a ground, it sounds like it might be worse.
