Anyone here with Silverstars?

I been considering getting some Silverstar bulbs, because as a Siemens employee, i get a discount on Silvania products, including all their automotive lighting.

Any of you have them and your comments on them?

Have them in the highs and lows, love them, but don't expect them to last long, maybe 1 year at best.

I think the bulbs will run me 15.00 per, so that might out weigh the costs of going hid.

I've got silverstars in the fogs and they look decent with the HIDs I have.

Don't expect them to last over 6 months. Mine lasted less than 4 months. Both of them.

My left one blew few weeks ago... after less than 4 months. I put back my stock in both headlights and they didn't seem all that bad to me. Plus, they're a bit brighter than SilverStars anyway. I'm just gonna wait, save up, and get some HIDs.
