glove compartment light

I realized that the light in the glove compartment is not switched on by any mechanisms. In fact, it stays on as long as your parking/headlights are turned on. Nor do I see any kind of switches activated by opening/closing the compartment door. Are yours like that too?

Yep. It sucks cos if the lights are long enough, the glovebox heats up heaps.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience. My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right. Nothing is fool proof, fools are too inventive.

Wow. I might have to wire that up differently or something. My lights are on every minute that I drive, daylight or not. Don't want to cause any warping of the plastic -- slim chance, but ya never know.
