Nothing replaces HID, and every imitatoin will probably burn out quick enough. Plus, you get less lighting with these fake bulbs... Anyways, will never switch back to a car that doesn't have HID, way to performant!

My Silvania Silverstars went out this morning. Had em for a little less than 3 months. Both at the exact same time. Seems a little odd to me.... back to the stocks. :(

I just got a reply from Osram Silvania. I told them what happened and that number of people on this board have had the same problem. The lady said to send them the bulbs and they'll send a replacement. Who knows how long the replacements will last tho.....

chikoo: No kidding. I don't want to have to replace them again in another 3 months.

Sylvania has regular halogen bulbs which are like $3.99/pair and a more expensive line called CoolBlue (but not as costly as the SilverStar).
