I want H1 headlights with a blueish hint. Any suggestions???? If I get super white, will I see some blue in them?

I think HID might be the only way to go. I have Sylvania SilverStars and they still carry a (little bit of) yellow hue. Any halogen bulb, be it xenon-charged or blue-tinted, will not give you a blue hue.

Try the Catz Azzurri White bulbs we have.... those will give you the blue youre looking for without sacrificing too much light output.

I've got the Catz Galaxy White H1's and H3's. Do you know of a 194 that will match them well?

My lowbeams are super white H1's and they are white and the Xenon 194 bulbs and they have a blueish tint. At first I didn't like it but I've gotten use to it and now I like it a lot. Looks different from any other car on the road.

The world is my racetrack...

Check out: http://www.powerbulbs.com/

Philips makes Blue Vision in H1, H3 and what they call sidelights (194/168)

This site is a UK site but I'm sure you can find them in the states.
