HID

I know as of recently the HID kits went illegal but are there any people selling them still underground blackmarket status??? Japan ??? Other than ebay i would still like to pick a pair up.

They didn't "recently" go illegal. They've ALWAYS been illegal. But yeah, the NHTSA is supposedly cracking down. I'd say right now your best bet is importing from EU or JPN, if not eBay.

Seems like a grey law to me. Aftermarket HIDs are supposed to be perfectly legal off-road. I don't know how NHTSA can get away with fining retailers without having to change the law.
