Fog Light Re-Wire Mod???

i was wanting to know if any technical smartties can help me out with thi. inow this is a PORTEGE, but would this be close to the same? this mod lets u have your fog lights on without having head lights on.

Kind of pointless with our integrated housings, but.. eh.
