I have Mazda6s, I looked and it looks like it is posible to change the Headlighs on the driver side. However to change them on the passanger will be a chalange. Also I think to change bulb for the Fog lights are too hard.

Me personaly Im waiting untill Sylvania will come out with H1 and H3 SilverStar. That is when I will change both Headlights and Fog Lights.

Ahh this takes me back.. you guys think you have it hard? Try changing headlights on a mid-90s Grand Am/Grand Prix, have to remove rails on top of the engine bay and depending on which side your changing, the battery must come out, the ENTIRE air filter housing and entire washer resevoir.

Anyone ever thought of just unbolting those bolts holding the headlamps to the frame? Should be able to slide it out that way and change them easily. My brother's Mustang works similarly with little slide rails holding it to the frame.

Since Simple_Man and I are so near, I'm gonna meet up with him and try and get some pics of both of our 6, he has the i and I have an s, so I think it would do everyone a lot of good to show at least some pics. I know there isn't much difference, but we'll see soon enough. I'll try and take some pictures of the install, but I can't promise anything.

I just got my 6s two days ago, for the passenger side you need to unscrew the three bolts tat holds the coolant tank down to give you more room to work with. They hard almost impossible!!!

In the manual, it says you cannot change the main beam (outer ones) by yourself, u will have to visit the Mazda garage to do that.....is it true? Or is there another way to change them?

I have managed to change the High Beam, but cant figure out with the main beam, any help would be good.......
