Question Air Flow mode actuator - this is killing me

Hi!

The actuator failed in my 2007 6i, stuck on 'defrost'.

I've removed the old one, and for the life of me I can't quiiiiiite get the replacement to fit. I can't seem to get the plate in place, in a location where the actuator will accept it.

I know there have been other threads on this subject - does anyone have advice on threading this needle?

Thanks all

-Ben
