Forum Rules</span></span>

* Except as noted, thread crapping will not be tolerated.* If you are not interested in buying or selling, or you have nothing positive to say, STAY OUT OF THE THREAD! If you think the asking price is too high, or you want to make a lowball offer, contact the seller via email or PM.

* Some reasons why "thread crapping" may be ok:

o If you are positive the person is a troll. If you&#39;re not sure but &#39;think&#39; they are, PM us, or contact the Trollhunters.
o Making a newbie aware of the rules (but please do so politely).

Multiple Threads -- Please keep no more than one thread of any type (FS, FT, WTB, etc.) active at the same time. For example, you might have a FS thread and a WTB thread. Posting more unfairly pushes other members&#39; threads further down the forum.
Please be considerate of your fellow members. And remember, you can edit your thread title and original post to make any additions or changes.

* Please use the SEARCH feature.
* Please handle all transactions with common sense.
* Please update your threads when you have sold your items or found what you wanted.

Selling/Trading Rules:

* You must have at least 50 posts to post an item for sale. Your listing will be immediately removed if you do not meet this standard.
* You MUST display your profile with a valid email address.
* You MUST post a price for ALL FS deals and FS/FT deals.
* You cannot sell something you do not have in your immediate possession.
* No SPAM or TROLLing.
* No multi-level marketing schemes.
* No auction style posts (take it to eBay). This includes links to auctions on other sites too.
* No links to lists of items offered for sale, trade, etc. on other sites. Please list your items in your thread.
* No misleading thread titles.
* No price or interest checks.
* No excessive bumping of your own thread. No more than once every 4 hours.
* No "contest or giveaway" threads.
* No alcohol, tobacco, firearm, or any weapons sales.
* No Pornographic (XXX) items.
* You must post a picture of the item along with a tag visible in the picture (white sheet of paper) with your username, date and www.mazda6club.com

Please Note:

*PayPal&#39;s terms of service now prohibit charging buyers a "service fee" or "service charge."
*www.mazda6club.com is not responsible for the sellers and their products listed on www.mazda6club.com
*www.mazda6club.com reserves the right to contact seller and purchaser at any time for any reason and by any manner.
*While www.mazda6club.com can not guarantee the validity of sellers claims in any manner, sellers are responsible for the completion of all deals made through www.mazda6club.com.
*www.mazda6club.com reserves the right to record and save the IP and all other information of all sellers and purchasers and may contact ISP&#39;s at any time for any reason.

What&#39;s this PPPPPP?

Prior
Planning
Prevents
Piss
Poor
Performance

It&#39;s all about Integrity, honesty, and performance of duty. It&#39;s about fulfilling your obligations in your transactions here on the forum. Lately, we have seen an alarming number of trader&#39;s, newbie and veteran, coming up with lots of excuses for poor performance in their transactions, among these are ...

1. No money to ship your items.
2. No packing materials.
3. No time, due to other family obligations.
4. Midterms/Finals coming up.
5. I forgot.
6. I don&#39;t spend 24/7 behind my keyboard.
7. I just dont care.
8. I changed my mind.
9. I lost all my PMs and Emails
10. Who do I owe money too? I lost the info.
11. Who sent me this money order? I can&#39;t remember what I sold!

People, if you have time to post a FS thread, to receive payment, to receive goods, to reply to all the offers in your threads, and to strike a deal to begin with, you have time to pack your items properly and ship out in a timely manner. All it takes is a little preparation to begin with to have your packing materials ready, or even pack in advance if necessary. You should already have a time set aside to deliver the goods to your carrier. And very important is to set aside a few minutes of the day to COMMUNICATE with those with whom you have deals open. IT DOESNT TAKE BUT A SMALL SPACE OF TIME! And maintain an open channel of communication until your transactions are complete.

Why become the topic of a thread that will damage or destroy your reputation? It doesn&#39;t take a genius to figure it out, my fellow traders! You are slowly but surely making a great opportunity like the forums into a shameful mess that will in time run everyone worth his salt away from here, all because of your lack of responsibility. And that&#39;s all this really amounts to ... taking responsibilty for your actions, and implementing a plan to maintain honest, ethical trading practices. You are all old enough to know better, so why act like you need a nurse maid to hold your hand to get the job done?

Your word is your bond, your word is your rep, and your actions speak louder than all the words combined. If you cant maintain and keep your word, and if you can&#39;t meet your obligations, then you have NO business doing business here. PLEASE do everyone a favor, including yourself, and dont do business where people depend on you to perform your duty to them, and conduct business in a mature and honorable fashion.

Everyone has a burden fall upon them once in a great while, and those rare circumstances can be forgiven. I also know there are few who have had to deal with a much greater burden than I. I am asking you please to do the right thing. If I can do it, and many other top notch traders can do it, then you can and MUST! If you don&#39;t, this forum will eventually die, and you will once again be left to the vultures at eBay, and paying retail for all your needs. DON&#39;T BLOW IT!

I hope all of you take this in the mature manner in which I intended to offer it. If the shoe fits wear it......

These rules are effective 9/8/06. All new posts must comply.

Clarifications:

I will post up some from time to time. Here is the first:

Hi Dave,

On the new rules, it&#39;s stated that a picture w/ tag is needed w/ &#39;all&#39; for sale posts, is that for everyone? I knew that newbs needed to do that but I don&#39;t know if that changed...

Also, if so that means that all for sale posts need to have a picture when posted...

Correct?

Just wanting to cover my bases...

Thanks

[/b]
Yes, for every new post posted after I put up the rules last night. Those started prior in time are grandfathered in from the new rules. However, you can re-post like dabears2k did with his brake post.
Thanks,
Dave

MY POST WAS LOCKED, WTF? I can&#39;t edit it now.
[/b]
Yes, once a thread is locked, you are unable to edit your post. I recommend you create a text document with your FS/FT details and include the img tags for the correct pictures and then PM me. I will then re-open the thread and permit you to edit your post and resume the thread.
Thanks,
Dave

To clariy on the pictures issue, please note:

IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO POST A THREAD AND SAY "I&#39;LL GET PICS UP LATER". POST UP THE PICTURES AT THE TIME OF POSTING THE THREAD OR WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE READY!

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN YOUR THREAD BEING CLOSED OR REMOVED FROM VIEWING BY THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.
