Welcome to 6club!

Does you car have stock BOSE? Do you already have an amp & sub(s) ready to install?

Well splicing in to the stock bose is quite simple. You can get the RCAs & remote needed for the amp by splicing the correct wires going to the stock BOSE sub. There is no need to buy a new headunit, unless of course you want to.

You will need
-sub(s)s in an enclosure
-amp
-standard household red/white RCA cable with male plugs
-power cable to run from the battery to the amp
-groud cable from amp to chassis

If you need help selecting equipment, @Riki desu has some pretty good knowledge of audio stuff. Either him or i can help walk you through splicing into the BOSE harness as well.

Probably the best advice would be to attend some car and/or audio meets un your area to listen to some people's setups to figure out what you like.

Are you looking for sq, spl, or a combination? Spl is the easiest to do since most subs are geared towards playing loud.

Sq= sound quality
Spl= basically just getting loud
