Wind/road noise reduction?

I have a 2016 Mazda6 Touring, which was the highest trim level available with a manual transmission. One of the car's less pleasant aspects is a lot of road and wind noise at moderate highway speed - 70-75mph.

Other folks have mentioned simple and effective ways to reduce wind/road noise, including "adding a door seal between the front and rear door" and Dynamat-type material on the door panels. The latter is pretty straightforwad, but does anyone have specifics on the first?

Anything else that is low effort/high reward? Thanks!

I don't have specifics re the between-doors insul. arrangement - but Tickerguy has details re his placement of Dynamat (or ??) in select areas...not copious amounts, including on the rear wheel-houses. He can advise re his favorable (as I understand it) results.

I made a craptastic imgur post on how to do do the door weatherstrip.

Tires are a huge source of interior OEM Dunlop’s are horrible for noise levels. When I switched to the Conti DWS, there was a noticeable drop in interior noise.

This. The Dunlopís are noisy as hell. I swapped the tires on my 6 and the wifeís 3 and the noise was reduced significantly.
