Twist the reset stalk (on the right side; the one that resets the trip mileage) to the right.

Mine is not dim at all, but I have it set to an appropriate level.

FWIW, Mazda will be getting my feedback. On these junk/dangerous tires, on their dim dash display too.

I have turned the knob. Maybe I got a defective instrument set. It is very dim, it doesn't matter what I do to the knob.

Its funny, I don't really have much complaint with the stock tires. I'm at 14k miles, so maybe these problems are in front of me? Who knows? They can be a little loud on some road surfaces, but I've had none of the wet traction issues that others are reporting. They turn in ok, hold a line ok, steer straight, ride ok, and seem to be wearing fine. They are OE tires.

I had Dunlops on my GTI also. They were hated on the VW forums too, but I never had any real problems with them. Not great, not horrible...stock tires.

2016 Mazda 6 Touring...gone but not forgotten.
Hopefully, some new owner is driving the wheels off her right now! They got a good one.

Sorry man Tapatalk doesn't reveal that info in the main thread, unless I click on your name.

No worries! I don't use my phone for these websites, but I was thinking if that stuff DID show up, it would look like micrographia and you'd need your pet ant to read it.

Same here. Currently at 2,000 miles. Have driven through heavy rain a few times already. No significant issues with the tires.

Just a note on tires, NO original equipment tires on any new car are going to make all buyers happy with the car makers choice.

These OE tires must come from different batches and recipes. I'm not hearing the loudness or feeling the harshness on the Dunlops.

But in the wet, they were as slippery as snot on a doorknob. They're gone now, PZero are my new shoes.
