Emblem crack

So I got in a small fender bender (or bumper bender). Scratched the front a bit but I cracked the emblem. Is this hard to take off and replace?

Search the forum for evil m or debadging something like that there are lots of threads on how to remove it (for debadging/evil m )

Mods: Blue LED courtesy (door) lights, white LED license plate lights, 15% tint all around, 70% ceramic windshield tint, all weather floor mats and trunk tray, chrome door handles, chrome fog light trim, and door still trims.

Soon to get: aluminum pedals, and a really cool mystery mod will post when it's done.

Alright thanks, looks surprisingly simple. Last question because I couldn't find this one.

Anyone know a reasonably priced/legit site to purchase the front emblem?
The part is GHP951731 I believe, but there's a lot of shady eBay stores lol.

Saw someone mention this site in my searches. Anyone else use it?

The Emblem pops off with a flathead screw driver or plastic molding remover tool (if you have one) and has about 6 snap on clips that pop out with pressure. You may break one or two on the way out but that's the nature of the beast with a first time mod.

New Front Radiator Grille Ornament Mascot Emblem 2014 Mazda 6 GHP9 51 731 | eBay

I've used this OEM parts distributor in RI for a whole new front grille (which then I destroyed and customized) but regardless, they are a bit more expensive at $30 but I can attest for their legitimacy.

Good Luck with Fix.

Thanks!

$30 is actually less expensive than onlinemazdaparts.com.

Is putting it back on simple at least? haha

Hmm It's good to know that you had no problem with these guys. But I've seen some negative things on them.

However, I'm going to give them a shot as well and report back, to confirm my experience .

Might try using these tools.

So taking off the front emblem was surprisingly very easy. I just taped up a flathead screw driver with painters tape and pryed it off. As stated there's about 7 clips I believe. I started with the bottom side two and it was cake from there because it gives you space to work with.

Tasca Parts shipped super quick. They sell inexpensive OEM parts. I would go right on their website, it's actually less expensive. Paid $25.20 shipped for the emblem.

FYI Part #GHP9-51-731

Thanks for your help.
