Leaking Water 2009 3.7L V6

I know that in the summer condensation from the AC causes this, but my 2009 3.7L V6 is almost always dripping water (definitely water) at idle even when it is 2 degrees outside. It also does it even when the climate control is not on. All fluid levels seem to be OK. I have to add that the car is having some AC problems (cold air only kicks on when set to 60 degrees). So I'm not sure if the water drip is an end result of this problem. Will be taking it to the shop soon to check the AC. Car is running fine otherwise.

Does anyone else with this model/engine notice this water drip at all times?

I've noticed water dripping from the engine compartment at various times also, independent of the A/C operation. It's never been an issue to me, since everything has worked fine since Day One.

Sounds like the A/C only needs a recharge.

Just another comment here... My 2010 V6 is also always dripping water, somewhere from around the engine compartment. Doesn't matter if I didn't use the AC, whenever I park at home it's always dripping. I notice it at home because i can see the small amount of water flowing through the floor tiles a few minutes after parking.
