3.7 performance exhaust.....any out there?

I have been searching for a while for a performance cat-back exhaust system for my 09 3.7 Mazda 6. Does anyone know of a company that has one available???

nothing yet... if you look under the car, its not a difficult task though. fairly straight with plenty of clearance. maybe a local shop can mandrel-bend some stainless for you and fit in some a nice muffler. maybe 400-500$ would be expected.

Well, I'm moving forward with designing my own cat-back system. Yeah a shop can do it but they will use heavy and cheat 409 stainless. So far, I'm looking at at using lightweight 3" 304 stainless with new 3" stainless flex and 2 magnaflow mufflers with new lightweight 2.5" 304 stainless piping. I'll weld it up and have pictures with dyno tests done in about 3 weeks.

I'd love an exhaust, I'm kinda disappointed with how quiet it is. The Infinity and Nissans sound good. I wonder what it will sound like with your setup. Let us know how much it cost. If we could turbo the 3.7, man what a bad machine it would be.

You can fit a turbo right behind the subframe. It looks like they made the 6 to accept an all wheel drive system or at least rear wheel drive system.

3" is a bit too big for NA. go 2.5" and save some power loss
