What is this small air hose called, P/N?

I cracked the brittle plastic tube that taps into the main intake plenum, circled in red here below. What is it called, and/or what is replacement part number?

I believe the OEM hose is AJ5T-13-740B and the joint is FEMJ-13-758

Thanks man, I worked parts for years (decade+). We used to use paper catalog back then.

Ah the paper catalogs!! I remember those. They were all fanned out in a 3 to 5 foot metal book binder that keep them in place right behind the parts counter. Now those guys knew the cars well!!

Those books were absolute gold for customizing. They would list specifications at the rear so if you needed a larger I.D. or smaller O.D. and perhaps a deeper shoulder it was just a matter of finding the specified dimensions and then grabbing/ordering the part number.

Even with digital search-ability I still have not found a suitable alternative.

Doc, I bought a '04 Mazda 6 as a project car and right away I noticed that the hose and joint mentioned here were totally missing. Now I know how to get replacements.
And I do remember 10+ ft counters covered with catalogs when I worked the parts stores back in the '80s.
