Take it with a grain of salt. I'm just reporting what numbers I got off the vdyno. I can't prove nor disprove it just yet. OVT alone your looking at gains of 18-25hp. You throw in a header 8-10hp. At the end of the day I would totally be satisfied if engine output is +200whp. I'm more than happy with the TQ output so far, maybe more TQ in an auto? Doesn't take much for the car to get to top speed.

I don't believe for a second you are trying to deceive anyone here, no worries. That program really gave you bad numbers, that's all. If you look at the curves, they are totally in the wrong place so the software is just wrong.

35 or so new HP is nothing to sneeze at, and you should really see some gains up high. All my gains were over 3K RPM when I put headers on, and the difference was VERY noticeable.

2004 Mazda 6s 3.0 5dr. 5spd never ending money vacuum project:
CP-E headers w/catted mid + Magnaflow carback/AEM CAI/3.7L TB/Speed6 springs/RX-8 wheels
AWR 70D Enginemount/CP-E Dogbone/Custom urethane stock trans mount
Ralco shortshifter/Bose w/Auxmod/sharkfin antenna/lots of little things...

Ive gotten great gains down low with headers, they (I associate headers with two...lol, I don't bother modding 4 bangers much) are probably the single best mod there is for a car with a restrictive factory exhaust manifold. But I typically have removed cats at the same time, so maybe my lower gains had something to do with that, but I would say headers normally benefit throughout the entire rpm range
