2005 mazda 6 problem

My wife drove to the store a few weeks ago and came back out and car would just turn over not start. Had my dad hook a scanner to it and it quit all together. Took it to a shop and they said the main fuse box was bad, Called Mazda and they said this is not a common issue. Had a friend come over and got it to turn over but still no start. Im at a loss. I am deployed overseas so i cannot physically work on the car but I have to try and figure this out. Any help would be apprecaited 2.3L Automatic Just broke 100,000 miles

This time of year, have the battery checked. Then look at other electrical components.

Also, you should post this in the 2.3l section.

Moved thread to correct forum, free bump. I'd definitely check the battery like Riki said.

If it had power to crank the motor over, its not a battery issue.
