DPF light on solid shortly after forced regen

I have a Mazda 6 2.0 DE from 2008 whit 200.000 km (approx. 125.000 miles) on the clock. My problem is that, about 500 km ago the DPF light came on solid after a long drive on the motorway. It was my girlfriend driving the car, and unfortunately she didn't knew that she should keep on driving at above 2.000 rpm, and since she was near her destination, she just drove normally and when she parked she left in idle while unloading our two children. The DPF light then started flashing... I called Mazda, who said it probably needed a forced regen, which they did the day after including an oil and filter change. The DPF light was then off and all was well - or so i thought....

Yesterday also coming of the motorway after a long drive the DPF light came back on... This time I was driving and keept on going at above 2.000 rpm and the light turned off after about 10 min.

Now I can't help thinking that there's something seriously wrong, since it seems to have failed to do automatic regens and have to warn me with a DPF light only 500 km since it had done a forced regen.. About 350 of the 500 km done between the forced regen and the DPF light was on the motorway 2 x 175 km..

Does anyone have any experiences or tips to let me know what is wrong...??
