V6 Mazda Throttle Body

V6 Mazda Throttle Body
My Mazda 6 Has been doing really Good. Recently The throttle body has been acting up. It goes away and comes back. Rev up to 3k and no more. I know i need a new throttle body. But playing with it and it will work fine and then comeback into lip mode after some days or even weeks to months.

My Question to you guys is Would i be able to use a throttle body from a ford five hundred from 2005-2007 ?

it cost a lot less the oem one from the dealer.
what do you guys recommend

i recommend getting a 3.7L TB from a second gen V6. cheaper and larger. hit up cordova motorsports for the TB and spacer needed for the car. this is where that whole upgrade originated....

I second this motion. The V6 REALLY craves more air and is happy when you do so

Not to sound like a broken record, but I thought Cordova stopped making the spacers?

If that's the case, shoot me a CAD and I should be able to burn a few on the laser at work with some scrap material.
