Okay, the factory Mazda 6 bumper fogs use an H1 bulb.
But is uses an adaptor socket of some sort to twist into the Cibie light housing.
Yes, the factory bumper foglight housing is made by Cibie.
My question is.....what HID kit do I buy, cause as you can see an H1 HID kit will not work.
Do you know what kit I need to order?
Here's some pics of my OEM lights.....

H1 bulb next to adapter socket (unplugged)

H1 bulb in the adapter socket (plugged in)

Bulb assembly and foglight housing

Where the bulb assembly twists into the housing.....

What it looks like fully assembled

I tried to see if a 9006 bulb would fit and twist in, but the bulb itself is bigger than the H!, and it didn't fit in the bulb opening.
Thanks,

---Katsu

Nice thread.A High Intensity Discharge or HID Kit gives a facelift to your old or new motorbike, car, truck, etc. through better quality illumination to hit the road with great amount of confidence. Choose your preferred HID Kit from HIDOnlineStore.
