No matter what Oliver posts after this it does not matter and is most likely not true. this company is unreliable, has terrible customer service and charges you for a refund when they mess up your order (in my case twice). my advice is stick with the RPM store they have a number, excellent customer service and they keep a stock of their supplies at their location so your not waiting weeks or even months to get refunds, warranty justification or to fix wrongly shipped items. i should have listened to the many different members who have been unsatisfied with this company (look through the threads and find out for yourself) i guess you live and you learn right. in my particular case i was sent the wrong bulbs which i then had to return, paying for the shipping fees back there, and then upon getting the new bulbs which were supposed to be 8000k i find out they are the same exact color if not the same set of bulbs. i know what 8000k bulbs look like (dark blue) and i know what super white bulbs look like. just take my advice and stay away from this company so you dont have to pay 140$ to learn your lesson like i did. (i have yet to receive any sort of reimbursement for the record)

Well Garrett,

We could have removed that post of yours but we won't since we have nothing to hide.

You posted your version now let us post ours. We won't call you name as we feel it's not mature and don't want to go that way anyway. RPM uses the same product as us and it also comes from Apexcone so if you don't like our bulbs you won't like RPM bulbs.

But Here's your story:

1- You complained your bulbs are not blue enough.
2- We tell you we can check them out and if they aren't 8000K we'll exchange them.
3- You send them back and Apexcone looks at them.
4- Apexcone change them for free and give you new 8000K bulb. "customer sent back 2x h1 8k bulbs which were a bit white. We replaced them with new H1 8000K bulbs"
5- Shipping is free and you were refunded unlike what you say and here's the email I'm sure you got.

So in conclusion, you returned the bulbs because YOU didn't like the color of 8000K. YOU WERE NEVER SENT THE WRONG BULBS. Apexcone checked your bulbs and even sent you a new pair to make sure you would be happy. What good did that do? Nothing. Now you come here and accuse us of different things when you were sent 2 times 8000K bulb for free and you are still complaining you got the wrong bulbs 2 times or even got back the same bulbs...not true.

And now you are not only suggesting we are dishonest but that Apexcone is doing the same. So I guess there's a big plot against you so you don't get 8000K bulbs and that plot involves more than one company on repeated occasions....seriously, this is ridiculous.

Honestly, if you want more blue you need 10 000K but that's not what you ordered. Blaming everyone for you not liking the color you ordered is totally uncalled for and even after we replaced the bulbs for you for free you are still ungrateful.

Go buy 8000K bulbs from any Apexcone retailer, maybe you'll post in their forum that they are crooks too because you'll get bulbs that aren't blue enough for you....and are in fact...exactly the same as the 2 pairs you got from Apexcone. But again, these bulbs will come from Apexcone so I guess it will be everybody's fault except your own all over again.

We've been selling HID for 8 years. You really think we would still be in business after all this time and have loyal customers in a lot of markets if we were the monsters you paint us to be? The reason is no. Our customers are very happy and once in a while comes someone like you that post trash in forums.

If you want 10 000K bulbs we can get them but this time they won't be free...that's for sure.
