You are 18? If so you don't need a speed6.

Considering you live in NJ the insurance will slaughter you. Plus you'll pay dearly on a trade in on the 6

Why not get a shop to install a custom turbo for your 6S?
I mean by the time you take a beating on your trade-in you should be able to get a custom turbo installed.

And a turbocharged 6S would be faster than a speed6, albeit front wheel drive makes it difficult to add TOO much more power.

I say make a beast out of that 6S, and have something unique.

im sensing alot of mixed feelings here haha i was thinking about putting a turbo in my 6s but i really like the speed6. i wasnt gonna do a dealer trade in unless i could get a little above what kbb says and try for around 14ish but i think i might just sell my car see if i can get 15 because i have a CAI, injen exhaust, shark fin antena, black grill without flying M debadged. this will make the dealers be like oh well we cant give u that much because you have this this and that

If you have the chance to, and there are no negatives or if the negs are what you can live with, go do it! You are a youngin' and have fun! From what you put, the injen exhaust and CAI alone is a "performance upgrade" of sorts. Those alone should bump your retail value a bit. GL!

Sorry, but I tend to agree with silversix. You're technically an adult, but plan to use your mother's money to complete this transaction. What will come next when you tire of the MS6....an Audi RS4?

Here's my vote: Keep the 6S until you graduate college, assuming you plan to attend...land a good job and by that time, the next MS6 will be sitting in showrooms. Then, you can trade off a fully paid-for car and pay the bill yourself.

Your mom is a bad influence. There are more important things in your life right now than a new car every couple years.
