I want to get a lower profile tire than stockers, but dont want to get to thin and be to soft. The wheels is an 18x8. 45 Offset, so I was thinking something alon the lines of a 225/35/18. Does this sound like what im looking for. Just would like a few people to confirm with me on what im after here. Thanks

225/40-18 is the size you are looking for.... there's probably not going to be a 35-series tire that has the proper load rating for a Mazda6, and even if there is, that size will make the overall diameter a lot lower then OEM and could cause issues with speedo readings and maybe traction control and ABS...
