I'll start off by saying I'm on a budget. I need new tires for my MS6, so I figure I might as well pick up some cheap wheels that are lighter and smaller than stock while I'm at it.

I like these Weds on Tire Rack. Wheels

Wrapped in these tires. Tires

After shipping it should come to $1200 for the whole package. Not bad, methinks.

Share your opinions.

**EDIT**

I almost forgot. I'd be buying the tires in 225/50/17.

****UPDATE*******
For anybody interested in these wheels, they ARE available, but you must call to place an order for these wheels. I have been informed this information by a Tire Rack sales rep. Did you get that, Benner410?

the wheels is a nice choice but the tires .... I never had those tires before so I can't say much for it. I like the rims.

Wow. That's heck of a price drop. I've always liked those wheels. The gray wheels hide the brake dust well from my experience with my wheels. I think they'll look good, but I'm not sure how the blue trim will go with your white MS6.

As for the General Exclaim UHP's, I would definitely give them a try if I was shopping for an summer tire.

Thanks for the input, guys.
The blue trim is slightly concerning, but honestly I don't much care for the looks as I do performace. They're fairly light and cheap, so it works for me.
I've heard great things about the UHPs. I've heard they have poor sidewall strength, but that's okay because I won't be tracking the car or anything. They are light weight as well, so I should be able to shave 5 lbs per corner. That helps.

You're going from an 18" to a 17", you do realize this, yes?

I like the looks of the wheels, but as I've said before wheel selection is a personal thing. What I think is butt-ugly might be the most beautiful wheel in the world to someone else. So, the people that are always posting for opinions on wheels are going to get so many varying opinions. If **YOU** like your wheel selection that should be all that matters.
The only really important feedback from others should be fitment issues.
