My MS6 is a daily driver but I do like to autocross once a month. That leaves me with the need for sticky tires that have good tread life.

From my research the Azenis seem to be the benchmark. Anyone know of an alternative that might last longer and give comparable performance. I thought I found one in the Toyo Proxies T1r but reviewers haven't been too kind to it.

though, might not be a lot longer life, the Kumho MX is a pretty robust setup. does pretty darn well on the track for a street tire, and doesn't disappear too fast on DD duty either.

just one opinion

Hankook Ventus 102 (I believe) - there should be a thread with everyone waxing eloquent in their praise as track/autox/daily driver multipurpose tires.

Wheels, tires, fluids and roof-mounted bike/ski rack. That's enough mods for me!
