I'm thinking of getting 18's. I really want black with a chrome lip; Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this?
Also, after reading the FAQ's and realizing there isn't much updated info there, have there been any reported issues of rubbing with 18x7.5's or 18x8's, with a low profile tire? (maybe a 45) Just looking for some suggestions/limitations! My 6 is black and currently has the 17" alloys that came with it. I'll probably be lowering the car just a tad to make the wheels look decent, but I'll do that after I decide on wheels. I figure there are enough different sprigns out there to match the exact drop I'm looking for. Thanks for any help or suggestions! |

Here was a thread I started polling different rims. Many are black. I'm looking for black ones too but I feel like I'll never find ones I like because I'm so picky!

5zigen makes the fn01r-c in black with a polished rim. I've got a set of 17X7s in silver on my car and the bonus (aside from the fact they aren't too expensive) is that they weigh 15 lbs. each in that size. The 18 inchers weigh several lbs. more but if you don't care about unsprung weight go for the 18s.
