has anyone done this.. i want these rims and think I want to paint the centers once i get them...

That actually looks pretty cool...Kinda gives it the look of the stock 07 Mazda6 rims.

that does look very nice. i painted my center caps white when i powdercoated my oem rims white. the flying "M" in the center cap is detachable, so you could paint it or leave it as is.

Not a fan. There is no definitive line to consider the "center" portion. Paint changing color in the middle of a curve on the spoke just doesn't do it for me. If there was some kind of division between the areas, then maybe....

I would definitely do this. I think it looks fantastic. The only improvement would be to remove the center cap first and keep that unpainted. I'm going to look into how to do this...

well the way it looks on the white speed, is that he only painted the center cap and the area around the lug nuts. and not the actual spoke of the rim.
