I know one of the things I am going to buy with my refund.

But will these fit?

http://tsw.com/inventory/result.php?wheel=...;Submit2=Search

These are the ones i've been eying for sometime now.

The second ones, with the 40mm offset. 19x8, and I would love to get some 245 series tires on there, instead of 235s. The Stock wheels will get snows for next winter.

DownLow Springs probably......or how bad would it look if I didn't lower it.

Your help greatly appreciated.

It will require at least a major roll and shave on back. too narror rim for such low offset.

Was looking at some 19x8 +40mm TSW's myself....problem was the offset. Made more for the VW crowd than the Mazda guys (had these on my last VW I owned). Was actually told the fender roll might not be enough....was looking into cutting the 'under-fender' to more clearance.

Too much work and didn't want to start hacking on my baby. Did some more research and chose something else.

That sucks, I really like that rim. And it only seems available in 40 and 20mm offsets.

What would that rim need to fit?

Would moving to a 45mm offset work?

I just can't seem tofind anything I like out there.

Iv'e got every wheel I've liked saved on my PC....But the pickings are somewhat slim.

I liked the Motegi DPKs, but they are heavy as a mofo, and I can't find any.

I did see a few members in the wheels section with 8inch rims wth 40mm offsets.......

I'm in the same boat as you. Seems the only wheels I like are 8-inches wide with a +40 offset. It still seems up in the air if those would work. I'm finding posts from both sides saying it will and won't. I'm starting to wonder if I should just abandon the whole idea instead of ending up with something I don't like.
