I have a set of 225-45-17 for my 05 6s, very nice tire, grips well, quiet and comfortable. Does any one have an issue with deep grooved freeways? my 6 with these tires does not want to track straight, front zig zags back in forth not a lot but very noticeable, so much that my girlfriend noticed, all other surfaces are fine. Any one experiencing the same thing?

What tire pressure do people run? i currently have 36 psi Tires have about 150 miles on them. I also noticed slight lack of steering feel on center compared to the stock Michelins

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Yes, I have a set of 18's and they track whatever grooves are on the freeway/highway surfaces. The tires are great as you commented but since I switched from a RWD (RX-8) to the MS6 (FWD bias), I noticed the tires tend to track grooves more on the MS6.

I keep my TP @ 40 PSI.

Groove tracking is not uncommon on new tires (especially in California with all the grooved highways), like the PZero Nero which have several circumferential grooves in the tread design. This usually goes away after the tires have about 1200 miles or so on them.

Thanks Tire Guy, i was hoping that was the issue. One other thing i have noticed the tires are now better than the car, time for upgrades in suspension

Yeah, the Pirellis are awesome. I notice that it follows ruts, but I assumed they were due to the 18"s.
