Ok guys,

I am about to purchase rims and I can't decide! They are going on my 06 Lapis blue 6 of course... (Lapis/Black theme)

1. ASA AR1 in Black/Chrome lip - 18x7.5 52offset. (21.5lbs, I think) from tirerack.com

I like these a lot and they are certified from BBS (which doesn't really mean much), and w/ the higher offset I am planning on getting 225/45/18 because I don't plan to lower the car, and I was hoping it would help w/ the fender gap.

2. ADR M Sports in Hyperblack - 18x7.5 48offset. (22lbs APR. weight) from wheelsnext.com

I WANT HYPERBLACK! Cool style... With these I would go for an 225/40/18 tire.
Plus these overall are a cheaper set and w/ wheelsnext you get the shipping, hubring, locks free...

Let me know what you guys think...

#2 FTW. Hyperblack and Lapis look nice together. Watch out for WheelsNext, haven't heard much good about there customer service. Although check out another 6 on this site with those rims, he has an onyx black. Those rims look like 17s on the car, and if your not going to lower it they will look even smaller. Good luck with the purchase.

I understand that completely but the only reason I was still considering them is because around here NO ONE has anything decent... The "best" is a neon w/ a baby fart muffler and some punk in a corsica w/ 16's...

So it's not like they are all over the place atleast in my neck of the SUCK ASS STICKS!

Thanks everyone for the input, you just confirmed what I wanted to do anyway! I am going to contact wheelsnext tomorrow to make sure they have them in stock and available...

Keep the opinions coming!

Also, I would love to purchase the rims/tires from a better place but they are the only ones that give a remotely decent price... So I guess I will take my chances w/ their service...

funny, I was at this same impasse a couple of months ago.
I prefer the odd-number of gaps so the m-sports gets the nod from me.
