its in there to where its not letting air out, but its not repairable either. i dont have any tread left on my stockies, so its time to go ahead and get some new tires.
215/55/16 Azenis. staying with 16s, just waiting til i find the RX8 16s or some rx7 ones. it falls within the 3% rule (@ 1½%) so i dont have to worry about my speed/odometer being off much. [attachmentid=9405] check out my badass spare tire mod. sigh.

I'm pretty sure you won't have a problem with the tires rubbing the fenders, even if two sumo wrestlers sat at the back!

staying with 16s because im interested in autocrossing. i was trying to put money aside for a set of wheels with tires, but since this shit happened, im only able to get tires. of course, if im able to get in touch with anyone that can get me the stock 17s with tires by sunday, i'll pay immediately.
oh, and btw, i do drive about 25 miles to work 5 days a week, so apparently the Azenis wouldn't be the greatest for me. any suggestions for good dry/wet grip AND a quiet ride aside from the azenis? azenis...BFgoodrich sport...ahhhhh

alright...gonna get my tires tomorrow
BFGoodrich G-Force Sport 225/55/16 (with a load value of 95!) - installed, balanced, old tires taken care of, etc etc $460 from tire kingdom. other quotes were well above $500 :\ in case you're wondering, miata tire calculator says 0.2% difference from stock dimensions.
