I'm not even in the market for rims, but damn did these catch my eye for my steel grey:

CLICK ME

Great price too, but I don't know about the weight. That offset is flirting with too low too I think, but maybe not being 7.5" wide? I know I'd need a roll, no big deal. Also don't know about the weight. Any idea the price for some decent tires to fit these puppies? With an offset that low, would I be forced into 215/40/18? Or would 225 still work? These are some NOOB questions I know, but I've never considered 18's, and in fact, the rims I use were bought when I had the Mazda3, so I've never shopped for rims/tires at all for my 6. Can anyone help me with tire size for a 7.5" wheel with +42 offset? Tireswap shows some good prices on Toyo Proxes 4, which I've read people say are quite decent, but I'm unsure of the size.

nice rims. i was thinking about getting the konig imagines, which look just like those, and are WAY more than those. 338? that's not bad...but i've never heard of the company before.

my rims are 18x7's and are +42 offset. i wanted wider, so i went with 225/40R18's. i HAD to roll the fenders. and if i am loaded down with people and stuff in the back, i will rub every now and then.

I like them a lot! I say do it. They'll fit with a fender roll, and 225/40/18 tires.

You sure about that 6iX? They really are freakin' sweet, especially if I do the whole partially-painted CF hood thing and all

I just sent them an email asking about the weight of each rim.

I'm absolutely postive they'll fit with a good fender roll. And the partial painted CF hood will look amazing . n1ghtmare has 19x8 with a 45 offset and 235/35/19 tires. He doesn't rub at all. You'll be fine with our rims. You have enough space to work with and you're going with a narrower rim and narrower tire so you're cool. The 3 mm in the offset won't make a difference and he's still closer to the fender than you will be. You'll be fine.

Hmmm, yeah that would be a freakin' transformation for my car for sure. Any tips on how to convince my fiancee that I "need" these, and the appearance package, and the hood?

Oh yeah, and the window tint?

Tell her that your tires are almost bald and your rims weren't made for the car and are extremely unsafe. And your car shakes violently on the highway because of the rims and you need to change them ASAP.

The appearance package mazda is giving you a once in a lifetime hook up, and you need to take this chance of great PRICING!

Tell her that the latch on your hood is all messed up and Mazda doesn't want to replace it, and you need a whole new hood or it'll pop open while on the highway.

And the window tint is a must with the sun!

lol. That should work. Hah!

also will fit with 215/40/18 without fender roll
but go with 225

wow, those look hawt. My only problem with black rims is that you can't see the spokes especially on darker cars.
