I have that exact setup on my car. 225/40/18 Toyo Proxes 4 with 18x7.5 +45 offset Motegi FF7 Rims. I am running on stock suspension right now and drive my car very hard. Never once has it rubbed. I bought the Tein S-Tech springs and plan on installing them in the spring. Hopefully it still wont rub when I do that.

I run that setup. Stock springs you will be fine, lower it and you will rub. I had to take mine off yesterday after I about sliced a tire.
