for all you fellows with a lowered 6........
and have that tiny donut of a spare tire...

have you guys ever tried whether it will fit without your bumper, skirt, or whatever scraping the ground?! it was just a thought that was brought to my attention a while back while removing my spare tire along with other stuff in my car during an autoX...

is that tire officially DEAD WEIGHT since i wont be able to use it anyway becuse my 6 is lowered?!

I wouldn't think Mazda would include a spare that is so small that it would allow part of the car to hit the ground.

Springs or not, the car can compress to teh same point so if it hits or can hit with lowered suspension, it could on lowered as well.

phew... i wondered about it.. i was judging the donut vs the stock tire, and there's a huge difference in size... about 2.5-3" difference.... i figured if it was on, it would lower the car another significant bit....

well, but if you've tried, then i guess its proven to be fine...

i wish you took pictures of it on... .. but who the hell takes pictures of their car on a donut tire... lol

Well, hell. I'm putting my new pads on tomorrow, so I'll throw the donut on the front, and the rear and take pics. Just for shits and giggles.
