Any problems will occur if i do that?

Like, 17" w/ 215/40/17 for fronts and 18" w/ 225/35/18 ?

OR

18" w/ 225/40/18 for fronts and 19" w/ 235/35/19 ?

Cz my mom's bmw 330i's setup is like that, and i like how it flows... But not the US-/Canadian-spec BMW though... it's from my country...

I don't think so. But yours moms BMW is also rear wheel drive which is why its staggered.

Provided the wheels are the same size on the same axle you should be fine. Keep the fronts the same Keep the rears the same. If the tires are all 225 or 215 width you handling should stay near the same, provided the wheels are not a 10 lb difference.

I think Blazn is using a staggered stepup.

But the BMW is rear wheel drive. Doing this type of stagger may look good, but you probably won't see any benefit in handling. In fact, going wider in the rear than the front will cause the car to understeer more than it already does. And, of course, you won't be able to rotate your tires, which means you'll go through front tires a lot faster.

Btw, your 17/18 tire sizes are way too small. If you go that route, you will need 225/45R17 F and 225/40R18 R or 235/40R18 if you want wider in the rear.

You would want a wider wheel and tire up FRONT, not in the rear. I run a staggered setup with the wider tires up front and it drives great.

Of course, since all the weight is up there, that's where you'd want to ensure you have a tire with a high load rating, too. As ToyoGuy said, you wouldn't want to put a rubber band there for a tire.

You could conceivably use 245/40/17 up front on a 17x8 and 225/40/18 rear on a 18x7 to get the look you want and still have good performance, but I think it'd be pretty silly to do so.

The front tires do everything on a front wheel drive car- optimize them as much as possible.

it may look weird for the street if they are significantly wider....
but for the track, it does help depending on how you want your car to handle and also on how your suspension is already setup...

stretch uses wider tires up front for autox.... and some race tuners as well for the track.. again, depending on how they want the car to handle...

being that the case.. i wouldnt see the point...

but its your car though... go with toyo's advice above (225/45R17 F and 225/40R18 R) if you still want to do it with the same width.
