I am going to have 18x7.5 wheels and 225/40/18 tires package.
However, i want to do different offset of the rear wheels and the front wheels.

I see people usually go 45 offset, so i will put 45 at the front. But for the rear, i want to know the maxium offset that with no rubbing issue.

How about 42? Is it too low?

please advice!

As long as you roll your fenders, from what I've read, you should be fine with a +42 offset .

I'd try to stock with +48mm or higher, lest you be forced to run skinny tires.
