I am going to have ADR m-classic 18x8 +45 offset, 225/45/18 falken tires
no dropping,
just want to know does it rub or not?

if yes, please tell me which set up will be the best

I would be inclined to say that it is not easy to answer your question, unless you find someone that has the same wheel/tire combo.

From the little I know I would say that they may not rub.

Just by looking at this thread, I see that some people run 18X7.5 with +45 offset with no rubbing.

However, you're running 18X8 with +45 offset. I'm inclined to say that it will rub but I can't tell you that I'm 100% sure. My advice is to be prepared to roll the fender if you really decide to go with this size.

I have 18x8... +45 offset with 225 tire

Rubbed badly when not rolled...

Even after i rolled ( i missed part of the lip near the bottom)... it rubbed.

I have to reroll that part.

Once done properly it will not rub... but it will be close

I've got 18 x 8 RX-8 wheels with same size tire as you ask about on my 6. Only time I've ever had a rub was heading home from Costco with a trunk full of crap, including two bags of sand. Any other time no issues, but I'm sure when the clearances are this tight everyone's car will be a little different.
