Can't help you with what they are, but they are definitely nice as hell, especially on red.

I'm gonna guess they aren't cheap. But there are many rims that look like those around.

Those are 2-piece Super Rozzas in gun metal. I got them on my 6 in silver. Go to my garage page to see more pics.

Work also makes a rim similar to it called the VS-SS and theMeister S2R's .

Either brand will run in the 500.00/ea range for 18's and 600.00/ea for 19's.

not the PIAA
nevertheless, both are sweet wheels!
