so in this season of getting new wheels and tires, i've got a question about what to do with the old rubber?

a little background as to why i ask...
back before winter really settled in i bought a set of michelin alpins which served me well during the snowy periods. i got them mounted to my stock 16" wheels. i opted to keep the oem tires in the case that i wouldn't have the cash to purchase new wheels and tires come spring. well spring is here and i'm about to buy a set of 17" kazera kz-s's and a set of tires as well.

so now i have the quandry of storing my winter wheels. which isn't a problem except for the fact that the old oem 16" rubber is taking up the space. what can i do with those tires? i doubt anyone would be keen on buying them... at least not on this site...

take it to a tire dealer, pay the $1.50-$2 per tire disposal fee.

Or if in good shape, find a second hand tire seller and sell to them for $!
