Finally installed my wheels today. They came monday after a long release date and shipping from japan. Tires took another 5 days to get. They look pretty dark at night and really awesome when the sun was out for the five minutes it was out today. I need to get my fenders rolled ASAP because of the huge subwoofer box with fiberglass front in the trunk. The tires are hitting the fenders with force when there was significant body roll. Its making me think twice about lowering springs. I think my car needs them but I'm most worried about not messing up the back fenders.
Here are the specs: Enkei Evo 5 18x7.5 hyperblack Bridgestone Potenza SO3 235/40/18 [attachmentid=2433]

Sorry for the bad pictures...I got a lot going on with my car. I will be posting a ton of pictures once i clean it and finish the frame for my sub box. It was aweful weather but hopefully on sunday it will be all good again and you can see how everything looks in the sun and when the car is cleaned up.

well you didn't mention rim offset... usually its like et +## (+45).
Plus, 235 is a wide tire especially Without rolling your fender. Furthermore, if you rub now, you'll rub later ... drop or not... So don't wait ANY longer.... roll your fenders... or you'll rip off your fender one day.... and YOU WILL... just ask 6ixspeed (i think that's right)... he has pics of how he nearly ripped off his fender. I wouldn't wait on rolling your fender... it'll cost you a pretty penny to fix a trashed fender... not to mention the inherent danger of getting into an accident. |

Yeah sorry the offset is 45+
I'm not waiting very long to roll..I'm trying to get my hands on a fender rolling machine first. If that doesn't work I'm going to be using a bat as a last resort. I've taken my subwoofer box out and its not that bad. I'm still not going to drive my car that much, because of the fender and second because of this wonderful snow we are getting right now....(my luck)...I just woke up early to go out of town with my girlfriend and I take a look at my rims...Well worth the wait. I really hope I can get some better pictures of the car while its light out!

Hey man very nice, I had my eye on those rims too. I say definitely drop the car though. But with that much weight dragging the back end down, maybe go with just new fronts to even out the look (?). I'm not sure what that will do to the overall vehicle dynamics, or if it's bad for the car, but it's something to look into I would say.
and yes, I agree that you'll have to roll fenders. I am running 225/40/18 at +45 offset, and I haven't rolled yet, but I plan on it within the next few weeks (until then, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I do not hit any big divots in the road!) regardless, nice damn wheels! -steve
