when i need new tires what is a good choice...just getting some ideas
i think i heard of something 235/45/17 i think it was...but not sure.....just have the stock 17's and like to get and idea of whats out there..NEVER brought tires before so i';m new to that as well thanks for your help

Let me tell you 1 thing, this forum is biased towards Toyo. So I guess the number 1 choice is Toyo.
If you want something cheaper but pretty good, consider Kumho. Now, you mentioned 235/45R17. I don't know if you mistyped or that's the size that you want. But if you want to use the stock 17, I recommend 225/45R17. You can also go to tirerack and search for tires of that size and see the customer reviews. That usually helps!

The response should depend on your driving conditions and whether you want one set for the whole year or not.
Post that info for more help ...

what does a set of toyo 225/45/17 usally cost? Toyoguy i assume works for toyo does he get deals if he does?

By conditions I meant weather conditions.
Although if MO gets only mild snow, the Proxes4 (Toyo) should be a good bet. Or Falken ZIEX Ze512. Or equivalent Kumhos (cheaper)
