Let me tell you 1 thing, this forum is biased towards Toyo. So I guess the number 1 choice is Toyo.

If you want something cheaper but pretty good, consider Kumho.

Now, you mentioned 235/45R17. I don't know if you mistyped or that's the size that you want. But if you want to use the stock 17, I recommend 225/45R17.

You can also go to tirerack and search for tires of that size and see the customer reviews. That usually helps!

The response should depend on your driving conditions and whether you want one set for the whole year or not.

Post that info for more help ...

Wheels, tires, fluids and roof-mounted bike/ski rack. That's enough mods for me!

Toyoguy provides information. He is not a sales guy.

By conditions I meant weather conditions.

Although if MO gets only mild snow, the Proxes4 (Toyo) should be a good bet. Or Falken ZIEX Ze512. Or equivalent Kumhos (cheaper)

Also, scroll down when you get to that link for other pictures of the same size.

If you want to buy Toyo, go to tireswap.com. I think you might get a discount if they know that you're a member of this club.
