I have searched and not found any clear results. I was wondering if anyone has put on 235/40r18's and what width rim they used? Also, does this combination rub?

For Toyo tires you need 8" wide wheels. Take a look at this:

Dont use 235's trust me they dont work. I pushed the envelope thought I would one up it and one of my fenders sliced the tire. I didnt have them rolled yet but on ly had them on the car for three days 235/35/19. You would probably have to have the fenders rolled in and maybe even pulled out. Or adjust the camber in but that destroys tires.
