Shot this quick vid of these new types of spinners while at HIN in NJ. These aren't your traditional spinners which basically have another set of spokes that spin OVER your actual rim. These actually spin the SPOKES! No extra set on top of them. Look like your spokes are spinning on the lip! Check it out...

Spinners from HIN meet.

Dang that's sweet! I see a black plate behind the spinners, is that true? It's hard to make out.

You're right! It has a black cover right behind the spokes, I'm assuming this hides the actual mounting hub, and BYE-BYE brake dust!!!

so in essence, its a normal spinner that has the inner rim painted black.

-_-

No, it's not an "inner rim" exactly. It seems to be a cover, almost like a hubcap that is painted black, it's shaped somewhat like a dish. The spinning spokes spin over this dish. Like I said I think it's hiding the actual lugs and mounting hub. Which brings up another question, is it just like one whole big hubcap with a spinner on it, if not then how do you take it off to change the tire? Hmmm
